Requirements for the raw material:

1.Almost all kind of biomass materials are available for pellet mill.

For example: wood, rice husk, sunflower shell, bagasse, fibrous waste, cotton waste, agricultural straw, farm waste, grass, alfalfa, bamboo, palm fiber or paper waste.

2.The moisture of the raw material should be within 8%-15%, otherwise, you either need a dryer or spray some water on it.

The whole line mainly include the following process:

1.Biomass wood log pellet line is a new protection energy equipment.Its main equipments are wood debarker-optional,log splitter-optional,wood chipper,high effective hammer mill/multifunctional hammer mill,hot stove,rotary drum dryer,biomass vertical ring die pellet machine,cooler seperator,packing machine,15-50kg/bag/ton packing machine and belt conveyor or angle belt conveyor or other necessary equipments for the whole pellet line.

Details to show you how to produce pellets:

1.Raw material:

*If you need to bare a tree of its bark, from 2 step;

*If logs or other large size materials, from 3 step, be splited into wood chips

*If small pieces, directly from 5 to reduce the size suitable for pelleting

2.Barking process(Debarker machine)

For making high quality pellets(optional)

3.Crushing process(1.Log splitter 2.Sawdust Chipper 3. Drum Chipper 4.Mobile Branches Grinder 5.Chaffer Cutter 6.Palm Fiber Making Machine)

Raw materials (size: thickness >10mm and L * W >50 * 50mm), are crushed or shreddered into chips or small size.

4.Dryer (with hot stove) (1.Rotary Drum Dryer 2. Air Flow Dryer)

Rotary Dryer includes Stove and Main Rotary Dryer, which can reduce the moisture from 50% to 10%.

Our stove is fueled by coal and biomass fuel or others, saving electrical energy largely.

(client can build the hot stove by self, and we provide its drawing)

The moisture content of raw materials must be controlled :10%-15%.

5.Grinding process(1.High efficiency Hammer mills 2.Multifunctional hammer mills 3.Wood Crusher 4.Straw Hammer Mill 5.Straw Rotary Chopper)

The chips or small size raw material are ground by hammer mill to particle size less than 5mm suitable for pelleting.

6.Pelleting process(1.TYJ series Ring Die pellet mills 2.Skj series Flat Die pellet Mill)

Pellet mill machine is the most important equipment : Press raw material into pellet.

7.Cooler Separator (Cooler Separator)

Complete closed structure, stainless sieve,low noise and stable operating.

8.Packing machine(1.Ton Packing Machine 2.Automatic Packing Machine 3.wood Shavings Baler)

In this process, we suggest our Semi-Auto Packing Machine to you.

The weighting scope of this machine is 15kg-50kg per bag.
